Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to grow our on-site rental services business. The role involves lead generation, technical assessment, tool selection, job coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction, billing, and collections.Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, Infrastructure, Offshore, and Shipbuilding sectors. - Generate qualified leads through field visits, contractor relationships, project sites, and industry events. - Conduct detailed site assessments to understand bolting applications, torque/tension requirements, manpower needs, and project constraints. - Coordinate with the Operations team to evaluate project feasibility, including technical requirements, resource availability, timelines, and commercials. - Prepare accurate estimations and develop complete technical and commercial proposals with appropriate tool selection. - Drive order closure and manage job planning, tool mobilization, manpower deployment, and on-site coordination. - Serve as the primary customer contact during job execution, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. - Ensure timely billing, documentation accuracy, and proactive follow-up for payment collection. - Provide weekly activity plans, sales pipeline updates, and insights on market trends and competitor movementsRequirements- Minimum 4 years experience in project based sales, equipment rentals, or shutdown/on-site services. - Strong understanding of hydraulic bolting applications and industrial maintenance. - Good network with contractors, refineries, EPC/shutdown teams. - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Willingness to travel frequently.
