Relocation would not be allowed.About the Role We are looking for a dynamicTeam Lead – Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)to manage and mentor a team of Virtual Relationship Managers handling equity & investment advisory for retail and affluent clients. The role involves driving business performance, guiding the team on client engagement, and ensuring superior customer experience through digital/tele engagement. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about capital markets, enjoys leading teams, and can drive sales through advisory excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers handling equity/investment clients through phone, video calls, email, and digital channels. Drive account activation, brokerage revenue, cross-sell, and client satisfaction targets. Review team performance metrics and ensure achievement of business KPIs (broking, SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, wealth products). Support team in resolving escalations and closing high-value investment opportunities. Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI/Exchange norms and internal audit requirements. Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and skill-building training for the team. Monitor client portfolio activity, track market movements, and enable informed advisory calls. Requirements 3–7+ yearsof experience in broking / equity advisory / investment product sales. Prior experience inteam handlingor mentoring roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms & investment products (Equity, MF, SIP, IPO, Derivatives). Certifications:NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication, analytical and people leadership skills.
