Account Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveAccounts Executiveto join our finance team at Selections HR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance, taxation, and accounting processes, with strong working knowledge ofTDS, GST, employee-related filings, and statutory returns . Proficiency inTally ERPandMS Excelis a must, along with the ability to manage email communication and reporting effectively.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations inTally ERP . Prepare and fileGST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reportswithin timelines. Handleemployee-related statutory filingssuch as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor statements. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Handle invoices, expense tracking, and documentation for statutory audits. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and vendors for financial queries and compliance requirements. Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial data inExcelfor management review. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred). 2–4 years of relevant work experience in accounting & compliance. Strong knowledge ofTDS, GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance . Proficiency inTally ERPandMS Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Good command over written and verbal communication for handling professional emails and reports.
