As we scale, we’re looking for a smart Inside Sales & Lead Generation professional to strengthen our enterprise sales engine.Role Description We’re hiring for Inside Sales + Lead Generation– a role that blends research, outreach, and consultative selling. Ideal for someone with the polish and pedigree of top inside sales teams (e.g., Amex) who can confidently engage CXOs, qualify leads, and open doors for large contracts.What You’ll Do Research and identify potential clients across FMCG, Q-commerce, and logistics. Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. Run outreach campaigns and secure meetings with decision-makers. Support proposals, pitches, and client follow-ups. Track pipeline, reporting, and conversion metrics.Must-Have Qualifications 2–5 years ininside sales / lead generation / enterprise sales support . Strong communication and presentation skills with CXO-level comfort. Proficiency inLinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Excel .Preferred Qualifications Experience inB2B services, logistics, or supply chain sales .
