Digital Sales

We are seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join our E-Channel Digital Sales team . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and aspire to grow in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales interactions through calls and digital platforms. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product/service solutions. Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Ensure high standards of customer experience and service quality. Requirements Strong communication skills in Hindi & English . Positive thought process with strong persuasion and sales ability. Prior experience in outbound sales preferred. Knowledge of insurance or financial products is an added advantage. Graduation is mandatory . Experience: 0–2 years . Work Schedule: Work Days : 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (not fixed on weekends). Compensation & Benefits Performance-driven incentive structure with no earning cap.
