Job Description: Inside Sales Support (PC/Server, Storage, and Networking Specialist) Responsibilities: Assist the US team with the inside sales department by preparing quotes and tracking procurement of orders for PC/server, storage, and networking solutions. Support the Sales Team by researching available PC, server, storage, and networking products, including those from Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco, to optimize their sales process, without the need to generate new leads. Communicate via email with clients and vendors, requiring strong written English to ensure clear and professional correspondence. Leverage a PC/server, storage, and networking-focused background to understand the technical specifications of products being quoted, including how components integrate in systems such as desktops, servers, storage arrays, and networking infrastructure. Research pricing from various sources for PC, server, storage, and networking components, including Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco products, to secure the best possible prices. Identify in-stock items, obtain delivery ETAs, and match hardware specifications to meet client requirements. Follow up with vendors to confirm shipping ETAs and maintain an up-to-date log of all pending orders, including expected ship dates for PC, server, storage, and networking hardware. Enter and update information in systems to track project and purchasing status for all orders. Receive training from the US team to ensure alignment with company processes. Focus on researching, preparing, and sending quotes for PC, server, storage, and networking solutions, including Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco products, and responding to related client inquiries via email. Mandatory Skills: Strong communication and professional presentation skills, with fluency in English. Self-motivated, well-groomed candidate with quick learning abilities, particularly in understanding PC, server, storage, and networking technologies, including products from Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco. Highly organized, capable of managing email communications and daily follow-ups with precision. Strong focus and task management skills, with prompt follow-up and acknowledgment to coworkers and clients. Ability to work under pressure, employing a well-organized, methodical approach with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when matching technical specifications for networking equipment. Capable of tracking multiple pieces of information from various client personnel to avoid duplicating requests. Confident in communicating with coworkers, vendors, and clients regarding PC, server, storage, and networking solutions. Can-do attitude, with a willingness to assist teammates and coworkers to meet deadlines. Honest and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and communications. Required Background: Degree or equivalent experience in a field related to PC/server systems, storage technologies, networking, or IT hardware. Practical knowledge of PC, server, and storage hardware components, including their compatibility and integration in enterprise or consumer systems. Familiarity with networking products from Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco, including an understanding of their specifications, use cases, and integration in network infrastructure.
