Maintain and provide day-to-day pricing support to the sales team and directly to customers. Respond to freight rate inquiries from customers and internal teams promptly. Coordinate with designated Steam Ship Liners (SSL), AIR carriers, and LCL co-loaders for accurate rate information. Update and maintain pricing databases to ensure timely and accurate quotations. Analyze market trends and provide inputs for competitive pricing strategies. Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contract pricing as required.
