Oversee store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, stock availability, and adherence to visual and service standards. Engage with customers on the floor, handling queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Minimum Work Experience Required: 5+ years of progressive retail experience(consumer tech), with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven track record in training and developing teams in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and customer insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with or understanding technical products is essential. Top 5 Skills You Should Possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse on-ground teams. Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in training delivery, whether one-on-one or in group formats. Proficiency in documentation – ability to write SOPs, training content, FAQs, etc. Capable of conducting performance analysis, customer research, and deriving actionable insights. What You’ll Be Expected to Do: Lead, train, and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent service, and maintain brand standards. Oversee daily store operations , ensuring smooth workflows, accurate inventory management, and compliance with SOPs. Conduct customer engagement activities , gather feedback, and use insights to enhance the in-store experience. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions. Conduct market and competitor research to inform promotional strategies and optimize product offerings.
