Role: Sourcing Manager – Real EstateLocation: ThanePurpose of the Role:To build and manage a strong sourcing network, drive quality lead generation, and support revenue growth through Channel Partners and broker relationships.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and expand Channel Partner (CP) and broker network in Thane • Drive lead generation through CPs and ensure consistent lead flow • Manage CP relationships through regular meetings, training, and engagement • Track lead pipeline, site visits, and conversions from sourcing channels • Share project updates, inventory, and pricing with CPs in real-time • Coordinate with sales/closing team to ensure smooth conversions • Monitor sourcing performance and maintain MIS reportsCandidate Profile: • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/CP management • Strong network of Channel Partners/brokers in Thane • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Target-driven with strong stakeholder management skills • Good knowledge of Thane real estate marketApply at: Contact: 8976561026
