About UsHype Marketer is a Mumbai-based digital agency focused on building brands across India and the UAE.We work with salons, banquets, e-commerce, and service businesses — delivering strategy-driven, creative, and performance-oriented marketing, not just “post-and-pray” social media.What You'll Do- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution for Indian and UAE clients (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) - Build monthly content calendars focused on engagement and lead generation — not just aesthetics - Collaborate with in-house video editors, photographers, and developers to deliver content weekly - Communicate directly with clients: understand business needs, present reports, and manage feedback professionally - Track and implement latest trends (reels, hooks, audio, formats) within 48 hours - Monitor and report key metrics: reach, saves, shares, DMs, website clicks, and leads in clear, simple languageWhat We're Looking For- Minimum 1+ years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred) - Proven track record with case studies, growth metrics, and campaign results - Strong creative instincts: ability to write hooks, brief editors, and evaluate content quality - Excellent client communication skills: confident in strategy presentation and decision-making - Based in or near Vikhroli / Powai / Ghatkopar / Mulund / Bhandup (in-office role) - Hands-on experience with: - Meta Business Suite - Instagram Insights - Canva - Content scheduling toolsBonus:Experience with industries like lifestyle, beauty, and F&BWhat You Won’t Do Here- Copy-paste templates from other agencies - Blame poor performance on “the algorithm”What You Get- Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio - High-performance team environment (dev, video, SEO, all in-house) - Exposure to diverse Indian brands - Real ownership — results-driven growth and recognitionHow to ApplySend your CV + 2–3 social media accounts you’ve personally managed (not just brand links) to:chirag@Also include:- One successful campaign you’re proud of - One failed campaign and what you learned from it
