Job Description:
Marketing ManagerContent Management -Establish content standards, templates, and brand-aligned messaging for all ABS entities -Lead the creation and updation of engineering-focused content such as technical brochures, catalogs, specification sheets, product manuals, service capability documents, case studies. -Support the Sales and Service teams with sales enablement tools such as pitch desks, industry-specific presentations, product comparison charts, capability statements, tender support materials, and proposal templates. -Collaborate with technical teams, R&D, service engineers to ensure content accuracy. -Align collateral development with the company’s industrial solutions across sectors such as power, renewable energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, heavy engineering, and on-site industrial services -Manage centralized digital libraries for technical and marketing materials used by global sales and service teams -Ensure continuous version updates for all global content assets, and timely sharing of updated materials with sales and marketing teams globally -Work collaboratively with global business heads, sales teams, and product managers for content needsDigital Marketing & Online Presence -Plan and manage global social media content calendars. -Oversee content creation for social media posts, campaigns, and digital communication- creation of industry-focused posts, announcements, launch campaigns, and explainer content -Regularly update website structure and content to improve SEO and technical visibility. -Support digital campaigns for product launches, webinars, technical demonstrations, and recruitment. -Track digital analytics and propose improvements for traffic, engagement, and lead conversions. -Plan and run lead-generation campaigns: e-mailers, industry portals, LinkedIn, trade shows. Also run industry-focused campaigns (e.g., OEM outreach, EPC outreach).Brand Management -Ensure brand consistency across all documents, collaterals, uniforms, signage, and communication. -Maintain and enforce corporate brand guidelines tailored for industrial environments. -Support internal branding including shopfloor branding, safety communication boards, organisational culture branding -Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Designer, Content Creator, and Digital Marketing Professional. Oversee workload allocation, output review, and creative development. -Coordinate with design agencies and vendors for production of high-quality marketing material.Education ·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields. ·MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.Experience •8-10 years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or brand management. •Strong exposure to global markets, industrial/manufacturing sectors, or engineering-driven businesses. •Experience managing creative and digital teams.Key Skills & Competencies ·Strong technical writing and communication skills. ·Ability to translate engineering concepts into market-ready content. ·Deep understanding of B2B industrial marketing. ·Expertise in managing creative workflows and technical collateral development. ·Strong project management skills with the ability to manage global stakeholders ·Strong command over multi-format content creation.
