As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, driving the success of our online campaigns and helping us achieve our business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract and convert customers, and maximize ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.Exp. 1+Job Location:Mahape - Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Planning:— Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for various online channels, considering budget constraints and business goals.— Identify target audiences and create buyer personas to guide campaign targeting.Paid Advertising:— Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.— Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad design to maximize click-through rates and conversions.Email Marketing:— Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.— Segment email lists for targeted communication and monitor email campaign performance.Data Analysis and Optimization:— Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.— Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):— Continuously optimize landing pages and the conversion funnel to increase conversion rates.— Implement strategies to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment.Budget Management:— Allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels to achieve the best ROI.— Track and report on campaign spending and performance.Competitor Analysis:— Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.— Benchmark our performance against competitors and make data-driven recommendations.Reporting and Communication:— Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders.— Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing plans and results effectively.
