We’re looking for aCampaign & Retention Managerto join our growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for one of the fastest-growing healthtech brands.About the Role As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll lead the design and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels focused on improving engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, meaningful personalization, and stronger long-term customer relationships.What You'll Be Doing Build and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stages Drive retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty through targeted communications Set up automated journeys (cart abandonment, inactivity triggers, reorder reminders, etc.) using tools likeClevertap, Netcore, MoEngage, or WebEngage Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies Partner cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and tech teams Lead retention-focused initiatives includingcohort strategies ,churn prevention , andloyalty programsWhat We're Looking For 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment Prior experience inhealthtech ,e-pharmacy , orconsumer internetsectors is a plus Strong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metrics Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Netcore, etc.) Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skillsKey KPIs You'll Drive Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rates Growth in LTV and LTV:CAC ratio Open rates, CTRs, and Conversion metrics from campaigns Loyalty and referral program adoption Reduction in churnIf you're excited about building customer-first growth strategies in a high-impact, mission-driven domain, we’d love to connect.Let’s build something meaningful in healthcare together.
