Job Title: Production ManagerLocation: Bahadurgarh, Haryana Department: Production / ManufacturingJob Summary:The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.Maintain quality standards as per company and industry requirements.Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.Handle production-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.Lead, train, and develop the production team to improve performance.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent planning and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of production processes and quality controlFamiliarity with safety standards and complianceGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial ManagementAdditional certifications in Production/Operations Management preferredExperience:Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/productionExperience in [Footwear Adhesives / Chemicals] preferredKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Production target achievementReduction in wastage and downtimeQuality compliance rateCost efficiencyOn-time delivery performanceAdditional Requirements:Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantageStrong understanding of lean manufacturing practicesWillingness to work in shifts (if applicable)How to Apply:Interested candidates can submit their resume toSubject Line: Application for Production Manager
