You’ll rotate across functions and work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the revenue team to improve case delivery, client experience, and internal systems.What You’ll DoAs a Legal Associate, you'll assist our legal team in the research, drafting, and strategy preparation of U.S. immigration petitions. Your responsibilities will include:Drafting recommendation letters, petition letters, personal statementsConducting legal and factual research to support case positionsReviewing and organizing evidentiary documents (publications, awards, patents, etc.)Assisting with documentation formatting, citations, and complianceContributing to knowledge-building resources around O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categoriesYou will be mentored directly by experienced immigration professionals and will get hands-on exposure to real-world case building.Ideal CandidateLaw graduateBased in India(remote candidates will be considered if highly motivated)Strong research, writing, and documentation skillsInterest in immigration law, U.S. visa categories, or international lawAttention to detail, deadlines, and structured writingBonus: Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW is a plus (training will be provided)Can quickly learn how to use AIWork ModeHybrid setup: Mix of remote work and in-person check-ins at our Delhi baseFlexible hours with a focus on output and qualityClear timelines, deliverables, and collaborative tools for remote workWhat You'll GainDeep understanding of U.S. immigration legal frameworks (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, etc.)Direct mentorship and exposure to live immigration casesCertificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completionOption for a long-term role based on performance
