We specialize in IT services, workforce solutions, application development, and digital transformation initiatives.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Legal Associate with strong experience specifically in reviewing and negotiating client-side contracts within the IT Services domain. This role focuses on reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, renewals, amendments, staffing contracts, IT service agreements, and compliance-related documentation.Candidates with primary exposure only to lease agreements, intellectual property filings, litigation, or corporate secretarial work will not be suitable.Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and negotiate client contracts specifically related to IT staffing, IT services, project-based services, and consulting engagements. - Work extensively on MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Amendments, Renewals, Addendums, and client onboarding documentation. - Evaluate commercial, legal, and compliance risks associated with IT service delivery contracts. - Ensure alignment with company policies, U.S. labor regulations (preferred), and risk-mitigation practices. - Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Finance teams to support negotiation processes. - Maintain contract versions, track obligations, and support audit & documentation compliance. - Facilitate redlining, corrective revisions, and contract lifecycle management.Qualifications & Experience- LLB/LLM from a recognized university. - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in reviewing client-side contracts within IT Services / IT Staffing / Consulting industry. - Strong understanding of contractual clauses such as indemnity, liability, payment terms, termination, confidentiality, IP ownership (only in context of IT services), and compliance requirements. - Experience in U.S. client contracts will be an advantage. - Excellent written/verbal communication and contract redlining skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift (U.S. time zone) environment.Why Join Infojini?- Work with international clients and global legal teams. - Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding legal & compliance function. - Competitive salary, night-shift allowance, and both-side cab support. - Collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
