The Legal Counselor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and specializing in labor and employment law. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on legal matters, representing the organization in legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Qualifications Proficiency in Law and understanding of Legal Issues Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB required; LLM preferred)
