Job Title: Professional Services Data Integrator Department: Professional Services – InterProse India Reports To: InterProse India Manager Location: Hyderabad, India Position Summary The Professional Services Data Integrator (PSDI) is an individual contributor responsible for designing, executing, and validating customer data migration and integration processes into the InterProse platform (ACE). This role partners directly with customers and internal teams to ensure data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded to support successful system adoption. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in data conversion across legacy and modern systems. The PSDI delivers reliable, repeatable, and well-documented data processes, contributing to successful implementations through technical execution, attention to detail, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities:Customer Partnership & Data Analysis Partner directly with customers to understand source system data structures, data quality, and extraction requirements Communicate with customers to clarify data discrepancies and resolve extraction challenges. Translate customer data into formats aligned with ACE requirements Communicate technical data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading (ETL) Extract data from legacy and third-party systems for migration into ACE Transform source data to align with system requirements, data models, and business rules Load data into a complex PostgreSQL database environment with a focus on accuracy and performanceDevelop and execute repeatable ETL processes to support consistent and reliable data conversions Data Validation and Integrity Validate data throughout the migration lifecycle to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity issues across multiple data sources Iterate on data conversion processes as needed, performing multiple validation cycles to ensure quality outcomes Implementation Collaboration and Support Partner with implementation teams to align data structures and workflows with system configuration and customer needs Support implementation timelines by managing multiple concurrent data deliverables Provide guidance on data-related considerations that impact system setup and performance reporting & Data Engineering Process Development and Documentation Develop clear, consistent, and repeatable data conversion processes Create and maintain documentation to support repeatable execution and knowledge sharing Contribute to the continuous improvement of data migration methodologies, tooling, and best practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with ETL processes, including extracting data from old legacy systems and transforming it for modern relational databases Experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools, e.g., Claude and ChatGPT, to meet ETL requirements Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and advanced SQL development Ability to write database-level scripts to support consistent and accurate data conversion processes Experience working within implementation projects with defined timelines and deadlines Experience delivering reporting systems and customized report outputs Demonstrated ability to leverage modern development ecosystems and AI-assisted coding tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Codex, and Claude Code to accelerate delivery and improve engineering outcomes. Strong customer-facing technical communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple technical deliverables simultaneously Strong process documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with CRM-integrated workflows Key Competencies Data-focused problem solving Attention to detail and data accuracy Clear and effective communication Organization and accountability Process-oriented thinking Cross-functional collaboration Measures of Success Accurate and complete data migrations delivered on time and aligned with requirements High data integrity with minimal post-implementation corrections Repeatable and well-documented data conversion processes Positive feedback from customers and internal teams on communication and execution Effective management of multiple concurrent data migration efforts Working Hours & Time Zone Requirement (Mandatory) This role requires mandatory alignment with the US Eastern Time (ET) zone and is not a standard Indian daytime role Candidates must work in a schedule that provides a minimum of 6–8 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) during standard US business hours This typically translates to late afternoon to late evening IST shifts (and potentially later during US daylight saving periods) Candidates who are unable to consistently support this time zone requirement should not apply Flexibility to extend overlaps during critical implementation phases, customer go-lives, or issue resolution is required and expected Who is InterProse?
