We are looking for an independent, highly skilled freelancer to join our remote team.Job Description We are seeking a versatile Web Developer & Graphic Designer to support both our client-facing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional who can design compelling visual assets while also building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences, ensuring visual consistency, and delivering high-performing websites and marketing assets.What You Will DoWebsite Delivery & ImplementationConvert creative mockups into responsive WordPress pages using Elementor.Implement custom features and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.Build and manage site architecture, develop/maintain themes and plugins, and integrate third-party tools.Creative ProductionDesign internal marketing materials including social media assets, blog graphics, digital banners, and website mockups.Produce client-facing design assets including sliders, promotional offers, brochures, flyers, banners, and newsletters.Operations, Performance & SecurityRun pre- and post-launch performance tests and monitor live sites.Optimize Core Web Vitals using tools like PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.Troubleshoot issues (links, redirects, spam) and execute backups, security hardening, and speed optimizations.Collaboration & WorkflowPartner with internal teams to align on project goals, technical specifications, and creative requirements.Maintain accurate release notes, change logs, and supporting documentation for website updates.Ensure all web and design assets comply with approved brand guidelines and technical specifications.Skills and QualificationsRequired:Fluent in written and spoken English.High proficiency with Elementor and strong WordPress experience (front-end & back-end).Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, varied portfolio.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and composition.Proficiency with debugging tools and a solid grasp of site architecture/aesthetics.Excellent communication, time management, and the ability to work independently.Preferred:Performance optimization experience using GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.Knowledge of security, DNS administration, and backup/restore protocols.A strong process mindset for fostering continuous improvement.Why Join Keisang HRRemote-First Culture: Work from anywhere.
