Full-Stack Web DeveloperContract Duration: 3+ months (with possible extension based on performance)Overview:We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Web Developer to support a growing UK web development business transitioning from a freelance operation into a full-service agency.The developer will work across a mixed stack of WordPress and Laravel projects, helping clear an existing backlog and eventually taking ownership of specific client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain WordPress websitesBuild custom WordPress themes and pluginsWork on Laravel applications using modern architectureDevelop SPA interfaces using Inertia.js and Vue.jsSwitch between WordPress and Laravel tasks as project needs requireTroubleshoot bugs and implement new featuresCollaborate directly with the founder on project deliveryEventually take ownership of individual client projectsRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of professional web development experienceProven experience working on client projectsWordPressCustom themes and plugin developmentExperience with page builders (UTheme Pro preferred)Strong PHP and MySQL knowledgeLaravel & FrontendLaravel framework experienceInertia.js (or similar SPA approach)Vue.js frontend developmentOther RequirementsAbility to work independentlyComfortable in a fast-moving agency environmentStrong problem-solving skillsGood English communicationFull-time (40 hours per week)Must overlap with UK business hours
