cvJob Title: Conga DeveloperContract Type: Freelance (6–12 months, with possible extension)Location: Remote (Latin America hours)Capacity: Full-time (contract)Required Skills and Experience:Deep knowledge of Conga solutions, including CPQ & CLM.Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including custom development, APIs, and integration capabilities.Experience with data migration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Strong analytical skills to profile, cleanse, and transform large datasets.Experience with SQL, data modeling, and scripting languages for custom solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges.Develop and implement strategies for extracting data from source systems and loading it into Conga solutions.Define and configure data models, build migration scripts, and utilize existing or custom tools for data transformation.Implement processes to ensure data is accurately transformed, cleansed, and migrated, maintaining integrity and quality.Plan and conduct data validation tests to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.Optimize the data migration process for efficiency and automation.Collaborate with product owners, architects, business users, and technical stakeholders to align migration efforts with project goals.Create and maintain technical design documents, user stories, deployment plans, and other relevant documentation.
