Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.Build and enhance custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Integrations.Configure and optimize core Salesforce modules:Sales Cloud: Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Pipelines, ReportingService Cloud: Cases, Queues, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrationsMarketing Cloud: Journeys, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Multi-channel campaignsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all Salesforce clouds.Troubleshoot and optimize performance, addressing governor limits, scalability, and code refactoring needs.Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (must have worked on all three).Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative configuration.Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or tools like Informatica, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, deployment strategies (CI/CD), and DevOps tools.Experience in Agile development, requirement grooming, and iterative delivery.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
