Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management- Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, reimbursements, bonuses, and variable pay. - Coordinate with finance teams and payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution. - Handle payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other labour laws. - Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for timely filings and statutory reporting. - Maintain statutory records and documentation as per regulatory requirements. - Stay updated with changes in labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits. - Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation. - Maintain and update data in HRIS systems (ZingHR or similar platforms). - Support HR reporting and dashboards related to workforce data and HR metrics.Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programs. - Support initiatives that strengthen employee connect, culture building, and recognition programs. - Coordinate activities such as townhalls, employee events, and engagement campaigns.Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and better workflows. - Ensure consistency in HR processes and documentation across the organization. - Support HR leadership in implementing operational HR initiatives.
