Leverage technology for applicant tracking and shortlisting.Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.Exposure in Campus recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Exposure in use of LinkedIn, Naukri and other social media platform for recruitment.Exposure in Training, Recruitment MIS & HR Analytics.Exposure in maintaining records as per the ISO Standard.Lead HR operations with a focus on HRMS-driven training management, ensuring seamless administration and utilization of training modules.Drive competency mapping initiatives by identifying skill gaps through performance evaluations and aligning them with business requirements Prepare the training plan with the identified gaps. Ensure the implementation and optimization of training module software, ensuring effective adoption and user engagement across functions.Design and develop structured training content and learning frameworks, including technical and behavioral programs aligned to organizational needs.Collaborate closely with HODs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development interventions.Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle including needs identification, program rollout, tracking, and effectiveness measurement.Utilize HRMS and analytics to monitor training impact, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.Lead recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning, ensuring quality hiring and timely fulfillment of positions.Manage campus and lateral hiring, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels.Ensure a positive candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process.Drive MIS reporting and HR analytics for both training and recruitment to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure compliance by maintaining training and HR records as per ISO standards.
