Role: HR OperationsExperience Preferred: 2-4 YearsLocation: PuneJob Description:Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience lettersMaintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracyCoordinate onboarding activities including documentation and inductionProcess monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team/vendorManage attendance, leave records, and employee queriesEnsure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)Handle employee benefits administration and insurance coordinationSupport performance management and appraisal cycle documentationManage exit formalities including F&F settlement coordinationPrepare HR reports and MIS as requiredAssist in HR audits and compliance documentationRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of HR operations and labor law complianceExperience in payroll coordination and statutory complianceProficiency in MS Excel and HRMS toolsStrong organizational and documentation skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of confidentiality and integrityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
