The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing US IT consultants and working independently on a commission or percentage-based structure.This role is best suited for professionals who want flexible working hours and high earning potential based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSource qualified US IT consultants (USC / GC / EAD / H1B / TN etc.).Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.Screen candidates for technical and communication skills.Submit quality profiles matching client needs.Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.Maintain candidate pipeline for ongoing US requirements.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Sourcing.Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorizations.Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Good understanding of US time zones and communication standards.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.Compensation StructureAttractive commission / percentage per successful placement.High earning potential (no fixed salary).Long-term opportunity for consistent performers.
