Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Project Manager within our Global HR Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead and manage strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing HR metrics, implementing process improvements, and driving initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes with company strategies. Qualifications Expertise in HR Project Management and Human Resources (HR) processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and HR operationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret HR metrics and data for effective decision-making and performance optimizationProficiency in HR Management, including implementing and monitoring HR strategies and programsExcellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse global stakeholders and manage cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and leadership abilities to drive projects to successful completionProficiency in HR technologies and tools is a plusMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in global HR practices or multinational environments is preferred
