We’re Hiring: Global Scientific Leader – 3D Tissue Models, Skin & Hair Explant ResearchWe are expanding our global human tissue research platform and are seeking an exceptional scientific leader to drive the next phase of growth in 3D tissue models, ex vivo skin, and hair explant research.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep scientific expertise with operational excellence, team building, and commercial vision.About the RoleThe Global Scientific Leader will lead the scientific and strategic development of our platform, expand assay capabilities, strengthen tissue sourcing and biobanking partnerships, standardize global methods and SOPs, and help position the organization as a leading partner in skin and hair research worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global strategy for 3D tissue models, skin explants, and hair explant researchExpand assay offerings across efficacy, safety, inflammation, repair, pigmentation, barrier function, penetration, and hair biologyBuild and manage partnerships for human tissue procurement, biobanking, and translational researchStandardize SOPs, quality systems, training, and study workflows across sitesDrive assay robustness, reproducibility, and client-ready scientific deliveryRecruit, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary scientific teamsPartner with business development and leadership to support growth, proposals, and strategic collaborationsRepresent the organization externally through scientific, client, and industry engagementIdeal CandidatePhD, MSc, or equivalent experience in cell biology, tissue engineering, dermatology, hair biology, pharmacology, toxicology, or related disciplineSignificant experience in 3D tissue models, organotypic culture, ex vivo skin, hair follicle biology, or translational derm researchProven success in building, scaling, or leading advanced biological research platformsStrong knowledge of human tissue-based assays, histology/imaging endpoints, and study designExperience with tissue sourcing, biobanking, quality systems, and client-facing scientific programsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsGlobal mindset with the ability to build capability, partnerships, and reach across marketsWhy Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to shape a globally recognized platform in human-relevant tissue research, working at the intersection of science, innovation, and international growth.If you are passionate about advancing the future of skin and hair biology research and building world-class capabilities at scale, we would love to hear from you.
