The ideal candidate will support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances by integrating therapeutic yoga techniques, cosmic healing practices, and counselling skills.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Sound Therapy sessions using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools.Incorporate Cosmic Healing and energy-based practices into therapeutic sessions where appropriate.Provide emotional support through basic counselling skills and active listening techniques.Design and deliver stress and anxiety management programs using breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.Lead guided meditation and mindfulness sessions to promote mental clarity and emotional balance.Assess client progress and maintain confidential client records.Educate clients on self-care practices and lifestyle modifications for long-term well-being.Collaborate with other wellness professionals when required.Core Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Sound Therapy principles and therapeutic modificationsExpertise in Sound Healing modalities and vibrational therapyUnderstanding of Cosmic Healing and energy balancing techniquesEffective counselling and communication skillsAbility to support clients with stress, anxiety, and emotional challengesSkilled in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork practicesEmpathy, patience, and a client-centered approachQualificationsCertification in Yoga Therapy from a recognized institutionCertification or formal training in Sound HealingTraining in counselling, psychology, or holistic wellness (preferred)Minimum 1–3 years of experience in holistic or therapeutic practiceWork EnvironmentWellness centersHolistic healing clinicsRetreat centersPrivate practiceCorporate wellness programs
