This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in appointment coordination, patient management, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently. Ensure timely patient follow-ups and record updates. Handle patient feedback and online review management. Maintain professional phone etiquette and assist with inquiries. Support patient care coordination for a smooth clinical experience.
