Location:Mundra, GujaratThe OpportunityFlow Supply Chain is looking for aWarehouse Managerwith strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of food storage and distribution. The role offers the opportunity to lead warehouse operations for reputed FMCG and food industry clients, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer excellence. Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end warehouse operations, includinginward, storage, and dispatchof goods. Maintain dailyinward/outward plansfor perishable and non-perishable materials. ImplementFIFO (First-In-First-Out)andFEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out)practices. Ensure smooth coordination between receiving, storage, and order fulfillment teams.2. Inventory ManagementConductdaily cycle countsand verifyexpiry dates. Ensure real-time tracking usingSAP WMSor digital inventory systems. Optimize space utilization throughefficient racking, bin merging, and category-based storage. Validate stock levels against customer forecasts to prevent shortages or overstocking.3. Workforce Planning & Team ManagementEnsureadequate manpower availabilityas per daily operational plans. Maintain close coordination withmanpower contractorsand developbackup workforce plansfor peak seasons. Drive teamtraining and upskillingin food safety and warehouse operations.4. Warehouse Hygiene & Food SafetyEnforce compliance withFSSAI, HACCP, and FDAstandards. Conductdaily sanitation checksand maintaintemperature-controlled storage zones. Prepare forinternal and third-party auditswith complete documentation and readiness.5. Reporting & MISGenerate dailyMIS reportson stock movement, wastage, and operational performance. Maintain audit-compliant records for inward/outward transactions and temperature logs. Escalate deviations or exceptions in temperature, quality, or hygiene immediately.6. Client Communication & Service ExcellenceMaintain strong, proactive communication with customers on stock levels, order status, and issue resolutions. Presentperiodic performance reportsto clients and ensure alignment on SLAs. Build long-term client relationships through transparency and reliability.7. Productivity & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze daily productivity andoptimize manpower deployment. ImplementKPIsand track staff performance to enhance throughput. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.8. Training & People DevelopmentConduct ongoing training infood handling, safety, HACCP, and emergency response. Promote alearning culturethat encourages accountability and professional growth.9. Compliance & SafetyEnsure the warehouse complies with allstatutory, safety, and food-handling regulations. Promote a culture ofdiscipline, integrity, and accountability. Guarantee product integrity fromreceipt to dispatchwith full traceability.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum5 years of warehouse or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Prior experience infood or FMCG warehousingis preferred. Hands-on experience withSAP / WMSsystems andExcel-based MIS reporting. Strong knowledge ofHACCP, FSSAI, and food storage compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
