Role: Embedded Hardware EngineerIndustry Type: Defense and AerospaceEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: BengaluruWork Experience: 2-6 yearsOffered CTC: 3 - 10 LPAWe are building next-generation embedded systems across IoT, robotics, and intelligent hardware platforms and were looking for engineers who enjoy hands-on debugging, system-level thinking, and real product development.If you like working across digital + analog hardware, power systems, and embedded firmware, this role is for you.Our WorkOur products include Defense and Aerospace applications, including Small Satellite Subsystems, Electronic Warfare systems, and Advanced IoT modules. What Youll Work OnReal-world embedded products (IoT devices, robotics systems, smart electronics)Digital + Analog hardware validation, including power subsystemsEnd-to-end system testing from board bring-up to field validationMulti-domain exposure: sensors, communication interfaces, control systems Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration, and system-level testing of embedded hardware and firmwareDebug issues across digital, analog, and power circuitsSupport PCB bring-up, board validation, and troubleshootingValidate power supplies, regulators, battery systems, and load conditionsWork with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and logic analyzersTest and validate sensor interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, ADCs, etc.)Assist in robotics and IoT system validation, including actuators and control loopsProvide technical support and issue resolution for deployed systems Core RequirementsStrong fundamentals in electronics (digital + analog) and embedded systemsHands-on experience in hardware and firmware testing/debuggingAbility to read schematics, datasheets, and hardware design documentsExperience with embedded interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC/DAC)Familiarity with lab instruments (DSO, multimeter, logic analyzer, power supply)Good problem-solving and debugging skills High-Value / Differentiating SkillsExperience with power electronics basics (DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery systems)Exposure to IoT systems, sensor integration, and edge devicesExperience working with robotics systems (motors, drivers, control systems)Familiarity with firmware debugging tools (JTAG/SWD, logs, RTOS debugging)Basic exposure to RF/wireless systems (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, etc.)Understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and hardware reliabilityWhy This Role Stands OutWork across digital + analog + power + firmware (true embedded engineering)Exposure to IoT and robotics systemsStrong focus on hands-on debugging and real hardwareOpportunity to build end-to-end product understandingFast skill growth across multiple embedded domainsEducation:Diploma in Electronics And Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Engineering, Electronics And Instrumentation, Electronics, B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Aviation/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Electronics And Computer Engineering, Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical
