Location: MIDC, Badlapur EastEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000/month (Performance-based payroll opportunity)About the Role:We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the end-to-end design process—from concept to production. You’ll create and refine 2D/3D drawings for mechanical equipment, steel structures, assemblies, BOMs, and fabrication specs while ensuring precision and compliance.Key Responsibilities:✔ Design & Drafting – Prepare detailed SolidWorks models/drawings (P&IDs, exploded views, fabrication sheets, etc.).✔ Project Management – Handle multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.✔ Quality Assurance – Validate designs for manufacturability, technical specs, and customer needs.✔ Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.✔ Travel – Occasional visits to sites across India/abroad (if required).Ideal Candidate:✅ Education: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or related field.✅ Software: Proficiency in SolidWorks (must-have).✅ Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication.✅ Plus: Agile/Lean experience.Why Join?Competitive salary with growth potential.Hands-on role in diverse projects.Performance-based transition to payroll.
