The Service Engineer will manage daily field service operations, which include troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to clients. The role also requires effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as addressing technical challenges efficiently to minimize downtime. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesStrong Field Service experience, including on-site problem resolutionTechnical Support expertise to assist clients effectivelyMaintenance & Repair skills for ensuring equipment reliabilityExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersAbility to work independently in fast-paced environmentsDegree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role or the electrical industry is an added advantage
