At PrintMach, we’re building high-performance liquid packaging lines engineered for speed, precision, and reliability. For our LiquiPAX business unit, we’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer who can take ownership of complete liquid line design- from concept to commissioning- across industries like FMCG, Pharma, Oil & Chemicals, and Beverages.What You’ll Be Working On End-to-end design of liquid packaging lines Designing complete line layouts integrating multiple machines seamlessly Developing custom solutions based on client requirements and applications Driving New Product Development (NPD) for LiquiPAX Key Responsibilities Own the full design lifecycle- concept, detailing, BOM, and execution Lead technical discussions with customers and propose right-fit machine configurations Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings (SolidWorks / Solid Edge) Develop and manage BOMs and part codes Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams for execution Troubleshoot design and assembly challenges on the shopfloor Guide and mentor junior engineers within the design team What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of experience in liquid packaging / filling line machinery design Strong hands-on experience with: Filling, capping, rinsing systems Monoblock machines & full line integration Experience working with industries like Pharma, FMCG, F&B, Chemicals Comfortable in client-facing roles and technical discussions Ability to independently handle projects from concept to commissioning Technical Skills SolidWorks / Solid Edge Strong understanding of: Machine design & detailing, Manufacturing processes & assembly workflows, BOM creation Why LiquiPAX at PrintMach Work on complete liquid packaging lines, not just standalone machines Be part of a team buildingengineering- first, India-first, high-speed automation solutions Opportunity to design for real-world shopfloor challenges, not just theory Fast execution cycles and high ownership
