About ThinkludeThinklude is a B2B SaaS platform that bridges communication gaps between Deaf and Hearing individuals. Using a proprietary AI system, the platform enables real-time, accurate conversion between speech and sign language across more than 125 languages. Thinklude works with organizations to build accessible products, services, and environments by integrating intelligent accessibility solutions into real-world systems.Our mission is to make communication universally accessible by combining advances in artificial intelligence, multimodal systems, and assistive technology.Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI / ML Engineer Intern who is excited to work on applied machine learning problems in accessibility technology. In this role, you will work on LLM-driven systems, natural language processing, and computer vision models that power Thinklude’s core products, including sign language recognition and multimodal communication systems.You will contribute to research, model development, and deployment pipelines while collaborating with engineers and product teams to build scalable AI systems used in real deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, develop, and deploy AI/ML models including LLM-based solutions for Thinklude’s core productsBuild and maintain LLM pipelines including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment workflowsCollect datasets, train models, and develop end-to-end deep learning pipelinesDevelop systems for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeTroubleshoot and debug issues across the machine learning and deployment stackParticipate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team on model improvementsRequirementsProven experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face TransformersStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming conceptsExperience working with Natural Language Processing and/or Computer Vision (experience in both is preferred)Hands-on experience with Large Language Models including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent frameworksFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and collaboration skillsExperience working with LLM-based coding agents or AI-assisted development toolsRole DetailsRemote internshipDuration: 6 monthsStipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthFlexible work hours
