About the CompanyWe are transforming our QA practice into an AI-powered testing discipline, “Vibe Testing.”About the RoleAs a Quality Engineer, you’ll work with AI-assisted testing tools (Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, AI-based testing frameworks) to design, automate, and scale testing workflows across our engineering platform.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automation test suites using modern frameworks (AI-based testing frameworks, Selenium, Playwright, API testing tools)Contribute actively to manual testing, including creation and execution of test cases using AI AgentsUse Jira and related QA tools for test management, defect tracking, and reportingGenerate manual test cases, automation scripts, and test scenarios with AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot)Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, execution, and defect triagingPerform API, UI, and database testing (SQL-based validation)Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Drive QA best practices, agile testing principles, and shift-left testing adoptionTroubleshoot and resolve complex quality issues with cross-functional teams Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience in QA, automation, manual testing and AI-assisted testing toolsExperience in test automation frameworks (AI-based testing frameworks, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API testing)Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, processes, and toolsProficiency in writing manual test cases and automation scriptsFamiliarity with AI-powered testing tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot)Experience with AI-based test automation frameworks is a strong plusExposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelinesStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsA continuous drive to explore, improve, and optimize testing processes with AI
