Thane Conduct quality inspections for static equipment in accordance with ASME, API, and project specificationsPerform and interpret Level II NDT including RT, UT, MT, and PTReview drawings, ITPs, WPS, and inspection proceduresMonitor fabrication, welding, erection, and testing activitiesIdentify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actionsPrepare and maintain inspection reports and quality recordsCoordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and site teamsEnsure compliance with HSE and quality management systems. . The role also requires maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringNDT Level II certified in RT, UT, MT, and PT (ASNT / ISO / PCN or equivalent)Minimum X years of experience in QC inspection of static equipmentStrong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and relevant international codesExperience in fabrication, erection, and inspection of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and pipingFamiliar with ITPs, WPS, PQR, and quality documentationGood coordination and communication skills
