Company Description:We are manufacturers and distributors of high-quality, popular active ingredients for the personal care industry. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is equipped with the latest machinery and necessary infrastructure, needed to carry out sophisticated processes in-house to manufacture chemical additive. Description: Looking for a bright, capable, stable-minded chemical engineer from a reputed Institute with significant experience. The role will involve leading manufacturing at an upcoming greenfield plant at Ambernath, Maharashtra.Key Responsibilities:The role is for a team leader who is capable of training, managing staff involved in production.The leader will be reporting directly to management.Tracking and achieving production targets.Understanding chemical reactions.Working towards optimizing production process.Qualifications: Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 10-15 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing of fine chemicals such as APIs / Cosmetic Ingredients.A Diploma in Chemistry, BE or B. Tech degree with a consistent academic track record.Candidates are expected to be well-versed with chemical equipment, operations, utilities and managing manpower.
