Job Title: Civil Finishing EngineerJob Description SummaryThe Civil Finishing Engineer will oversee and manage all finishing‑related works for a luxury hospitality project, ensuring high‑quality execution, coordination across teams, and adherence to timelines and design standards. The role demands strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and seamless coordination in a fast‑paced project environment.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleSupervise and monitor execution of all finishing works, including flooring, false ceiling, painting, joinery, stone, façade interfaces, and final detailing.Review drawings, material specifications, mock‑ups, and finishing schedules to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior, and façade teams to ensure aligned and clash‑free execution.Inspect workmanship, conduct snag identification, and drive timely closure of punch lists.Manage contractors, monitor work progress, verify work measurements, and ensure timely deployment of resources.Ensure finishing works adhere to project timelines, budget constraints, and approved methodologies.Conduct quality checks, material inspections, and ensure use of approved materials.Maintain site documentation, checklists, inspection reports, and daily progress logs.Support project handover activities and prepare final finish reports for client/management review.About You (Key Selection Criteria)Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, detailing, and luxury hospitality standards.Experience in high‑end hotel or commercial finishing projects.Ability to read drawings, interpret specifications, and maintain high‑quality workmanship.Strong coordination skills to manage interfaces between civil, MEP, and interior teams.Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and reporting software is an advantage.Excellent communication, documentation, and contractor‑management capabilities.Experience in hill‑terrain or remote‑site projects will be considered an added advantage.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?As a global leader in real estate services transforming the way people work, shop, and live, you will benefit from:Being part of a fast‑growing international organization.Strong career development programs with a promote‑from‑within culture.A workplace deeply committed to Diversity & Inclusion.We promote work‑life balance through a flexible, technology‑enabled, and agile environment.
