The candidate should be available to work between 6:30PM to 10:30PM IST Mon-Fri to ensure overlap with the team in Canada. Position: Senior QA Engineer Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong IT helpdesk domain knowledge. Required Experience3+ years of QA/testing experience in IT helpdesk or support desk environments like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow or similar.Experience testing SaaS B2B enterprise softwareUnderstanding of IT support workflows, ticket lifecycle, and support agent operations Technical SkillsTesting Methodologies: Manual testing, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing Work EnvironmentFully RemoteCollaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologyDirect impact on enterprise customer experience Educational RequirementBachelor's or Master’s degree in STEM
