Word suit, Adobe Suite will be add on. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. - Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation. - Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants. - Strong communication and presentation abilities.Job Description –1.Design Development & Execution:- Lead the design process - Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.2.Project Coordination & Collaboration:- Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants. - Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.3.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:- Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details - Conduct periodic site visits - Ensure the progress, accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.4.Deliverable Planning & Execution:- Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials. - Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion - Flag any scheduling discrepancies5.Team Support & Mentorship:- Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.6.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:- Support client presentations and participate in design discussions. - Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.HR |APICES Studio Pvt.
