Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with Manugraph Cityline machines and a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance within a printing environment.Location: Bhiwandi, ThaneDepartment: Engineering / MaintenanceEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of Manugraph Cityline machines - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum downtime - Maintain and service mechanical components of web offset printing machinery - Oversee and handle maintenance of compressors, stackers, and conveyors - Ensure smooth machine operations to support production targets - Follow safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activitiesRequired Qualifications:- Educational Qualification: - ITI Fitter or - Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringExperience:- 5 to 7 years of mandatory hands-on experience working on Manugraph Cityline machines - Basic knowledge of web offset printing - Basic working knowledge of compressors, stackers, and conveyorsSkills & Competencies:- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards - Good communication and reporting skills
