Product Engineer - Fullstack

About the Role :We are looking for a Product Engineer - Fullstack who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You’ll be responsible for building end-to-end features from ideation to deployment that directly impact our customers. You will work across frontend, backend, and deployment, collaborating closely with product and design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with other core business teams to translate business requirements into working features.- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend.- Own features end-to-end: from database design, API development, UI/UX implementation to deployment.- Apply best practices in UI/UX development to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.- Leverage modern AI-powered coding agents/tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development.- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices, testing, and documentation.- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.- Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve product and engineering workfl ows.Requirements :- Strong profi ciency in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component-driven design).- Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud deployment (AWS).- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.- Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).- Ability to take ownership of features and deliver them independently with minimal supervision.- Understanding of UX and UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles.- Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-fi rst mindset.Why Join Us?- Build products that directly impact customers and shape the business.- Work with a modern tech stack and AI-augmented development workfl ows.- Be part of a fast-moving, collaborative, and product-focused engineering culture.Please send us your applications at tech@cityfl / amey@cityfl
