Estimation Engineer

Job Description Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for various mechanical items. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Utilize Excel and AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance the estimation and proposal preparation process. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work. Monitor and evaluate current metal prices for projects, ensuring up-to-date tracking of price fluctuations. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Able to prepare and reply on TQ CQ (technical Query and commercial Query) of customer. Develop and maintain a database of historical data for cost reference. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
