To know more about us kindly visit Job Title - Project Management Consultant - Cultural Team Department - Cultural Team Reports to - Project Head Required Skills & Qualifications: Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Ø 10-12 years of experience in project coordination or management within the architectural or construction industry. Ø Familiarity with Project Management tools such as M.S. Project or Primavera. Ø Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and ability to organize and manage teams effectively. Ø Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ø Ready to travel as per the requirements of projects (outstation travel) Job Description: 1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: · Outline project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure clarity and direction. · Set Milestones and Deadlines: Establish clear milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion of project phases. · Coordinate with Stakeholders: Engage with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align on project objectives and deliverables. 2. Communication and Coordination: · Facilitate Regular Meetings: Organize and lead meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to discuss project updates and address concerns. · Maintain Clear Communication Channels: Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project developments, changes, and expectations. · Resolve Conflicts Promptly: Address and mediate any disagreements or misunderstandings among stakeholders to maintain project harmony. 3. Quality Assurance and Control: · Review Architectural Drawings: Conduct thorough checks of drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. · Implement Quality Control Measures: Establish protocols to maintain high-quality outputs throughout the project lifecycle. · Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all project aspects adhere to local building codes and regulations. 4. Risk Management: · Identify Potential Risks: Assess project plans to foresee possible challenges or obstacles. · Develop Mitigation Strategies: Create contingency plans to address identified risks and minimize their impact. · Monitor and Adjust: Continuously evaluate risk factors and adjust strategies as necessary to keep the project on track. 5. Documentation and Reporting: · Maintain Detailed Records: Keep comprehensive documentation of project plans, communications, changes, and decisions. · Prepare Progress Reports: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, highlighting achievements and addressing concerns. · Archive Project Files: Ensure all project documents are organized and stored for future reference and compliance purposes.
