We combine technology, gamification, and multilingual content to empower professionals and institutions across India.Your OpportunityThis is a unique hybrid role where you will own both curriculum design and program delivery operations. You’ll ensure our learning content is world‑class while also building the operational backbone for scale. As Virtuoskill grows, this role is designed to evolve into either:Chief Learning Officer (CLO) – leading curriculum, pedagogy, and innovation, ORHead of Delivery – driving national operations, compliance, and partner success.What You’ll DoDesign & Develop Curriculum: Lead instructional design, gamification, and multilingual localization of BFSI and leadership programs.Drive Program Delivery: Oversee end‑to‑end rollout of training modules, ensuring operational excellence and learner success.Build Processes: Standardize SOPs, dashboards, and CRM workflows for scalable delivery.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with tech, curriculum, and partnership teams to align delivery with industry needs.Ensure Compliance: Uphold BFSI regulatory standards (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) in training programs.Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage program managers, trainers, and delivery staff.Innovate & Improve: Use learner feedback and analytics to continuously enhance content and delivery.Desired Candidate Profile8–12 years of experience in learning design, program management, or operations in BFSI, edutech, or vocational training.Strong understanding of BFSI processes (credit, compliance, customer onboarding).Exposure to digital learning platforms, LMS, or CRM systems.MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or Finance.Multi‑lingual capability: English and Hindi required; proficiency in one or more regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali) is a strong advantage.Key SkillsInstructional design and curriculum development.Operational excellence and process orientation.Strong communication and stakeholder management.Data‑driven decision making.Ability to thrive in a fast‑scaling, mission‑driven environment.CompensationCompetitive salary in the range of ₹10–15 lakhs per year, with performance‑linked incentives.Why Join VirtuoskillBe part of a digital learning pioneer in BFSI and leadership training.Accelerate your career growth with a clear pathway into CLO or Head of Delivery roles.Work in a collaborative, innovative culture that values inclusion, impact, and technology‑driven learning.
