Kinaxis Solution Consultant

Position: Kinaxis Solution ConsultantLocation: Remote Duration: 6 Months Position Summary:The Digital Technology Solutions team delivers innovative and scalable IT capabilities, products, and solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. This role is part of the Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting team and will support end-to-end integrated planning solutions with a focus on Kinaxis implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning solutions, supply chain processes, and enterprise planning system implementations within large global organizations.Key Responsibilities:Lead solution design and delivery activities for Kinaxis planning systemsDemonstrate strong understanding of Kinaxis solution footprint with deep expertise in Supply Planning solutionsFacilitate business diagnostics, current-state process analysis, and future-state design workshopsDevelop comprehensive solution design documents aligned with business requirementsReview functional specifications and technical designs to enhance overall quality and delivery standardsAnalyze existing systems and tools and recommend process and system improvementsConfigure and implement Kinaxis planning solutions independently with guidance from solution architects when neededSupport implementation projects, enhancements, and proof-of-concept initiativesInfluence technology and process decisions by leveraging industry best practices and implementation experienceDeliver solutions in fast-paced Agile environmentsAssist project leadership with project planning, effort estimation, timelines, and execution trackingCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and production readiness activitiesIdentify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies impacting scope, budget, or scheduleCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams across multiple geographies for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline is preferred8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutionsMinimum 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand PlanningExperience working on Kinaxis implementations, enhancements, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)Strong understanding of material planning systems and supply chain planning processesExperience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is highly preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with globally distributed and cross-cultural teamsPreferred Skills:Experience supporting large global manufacturing or consumer goods organizationsExposure to both Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules within KinaxisAgile delivery methodology experienceAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders
