Video KYC Agent

Job Description Hands on experience of handling VKYC day to day operations. Good knowledge of VKYC documentation and regulatory norms. Roles & Responsibilities: • Customer Video call handling: Perform customer identification and verification process through video calls, adhering & scrutinizing VKYC • Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verification process • Perform back-office operations Applicants should have – • Previous experience in Digital Payments/Financial services/Banking is required • Good verbal and written communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers through video calls. • Understanding of KYC and AML regulations. • Microsoft Office prowess/Excel • Basic knowledge of document verification • Ability to work independently in shift and desire to learn • Self-motivated and a strong team player. Education Qualification :Minimum Graduate from recognized university. 1-2 years of ExperienceLocation - Thane, Mumbai Interested Candidates share your CV to
