Our work sits at the core of modern marketing ecosystems, combining Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs), mobile/app analytics, and first-party data to enable real-time, data-driven customer experiences.We partner with enterprise clients to design and implement scalable customer engagement strategies using platforms such as Treasure Data, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and leading CEPs including CleverTap, MoEngage, and Braze.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior MarTech Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) and CDP ecosystems. This is a client-facing, execution-driven role that combines strategy, implementation, and optimization across customer data and engagement layers.You will work closely with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize customer journeys, leveraging data, segmentation, and automation to drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Platforms (CEP):Own implementation and optimization of CEP platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, etc.)Design and execute omnichannel customer journeys across push, in-app, email, SMS, and webBuild and manage lifecycle campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and LTVCustomer Data Platforms (CDP)Work with CDPs to enable data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified customer viewsDefine data structures and ensure alignment between CDP and activation platformsCollaborate with engineering teams to support integrations and data flowSegmentation & PersonalizationDesign advanced audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle dataEnable real-time and rule-based personalization strategiesImplement experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) for optimizationAnalytics & InsightsLeverage tools like GA4, Amplitude, and Adobe Analytics to analyze user behaviorDefine KPIs, track funnel performance, cohorts, and retention metricsTranslate data into actionable insights and business recommendationsClient Engagement & StrategyLead client discussions, discovery workshops, and requirement gatheringTranslate business objectives into MarTech solutions and execution plansPresent insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholdersData Quality & TroubleshootingEnsure accuracy of tracking, segmentation, and campaign executionIdentify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and platform issuesRequirements5–8 years of experience in MarTech, customer analytics, or related consulting roleStrong hands-on experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, etc.)Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer data modelsSolid understanding of event tracking, user journeys, cohorts, and segmentation logicProven experience in designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaignsStrong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from customer dataExperience in client-facing roles (MarTech consulting, strategy, or pre-sales exposure preferred)Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure) and data integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveWorking knowledge of SQL or data queryingExperience with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle analyticsExposure to CRM, loyalty systems, or marketing automation toolsExperience in consulting or high-growth startup environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale MarTech implementationsExposure to leading CDP and CEP platformsHigh-impact, client-facing role with ownershipFast-paced, learning-driven environmentCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
